Also, all the regions are NOT in this game. As of right now, only Kanto and Johto are in the game.

Like with the most recent Event Pokemon, it is HIGHLY likely that you just need to go to Toys R Us to download Arceus...

I found the Gym Leader rematch list. Serebii doesn't have the teams posted on his website, but I sent the list to him via PM on the forums, yet he hasn't responded about them. Here's the list. Found it online via a ROM hacker:

I will admit that I use my action replay for pokemon, but I ususally only use it for legendaries or ev training after I beat the game(well atleat beat the pokemon league). though I do see if they're any mystery gift events or other things to get the legendaries!(got my darkria in platinum)
