I can only bother with one multiplayer FPS at a time. I probably won't even be getting MAG.

Stop releasing so many damn FPS, Sony. Bring back stuff like Ape Escape.

Of course, my outrage is only if this rumor proves true...

I sure hope they do. I would love a new FPS IP. I mean Killzone is amazing, Resistance is great, and MAG looks sweet, but you can never have too many choices, because no one shooter is perfect for everyone...no, not even Halo.

But then you're forgetting the million other shooters by third parties.


Why should Sony be grouped in with those people? Is it Sony's fault that the people who make JRPGs are taking their sweet ass time making one of them? Is it sonys fault that that same company made terrible bussiness desicions by making the JRPGs exclusive to a console that the user base was just not interested in the games so they flopped and that company doesn't see the reason to do a late port?

But then you're forgetting the million other shooters by third parties.

But thats not what the complaint was about, people were complaining that Sony is making too many FPS games when they have only made 3 and have a 4th on the way early next year.    The PS3 needs another high quality FPS, cause the vast majority of those million 3rd party FPS games are terrible and cant even compare to the 3 that Sony released.

Resistance 2, Killzone 2, Socom... Quite a few FPS.... aren't there?
SONY Claimed to have 5 RPG's in development at the moment. We just have to wait and see, I guess...

Also:

I don't know what some of you people are talking about... Good Graphics doesn't automatically equal to bad Gameplay...

Killzone 2 is the only reason i turn on my PS3 most of the time right now [probably will be until I can get my hands on some Demon's Souls or the Uncharted games].

Actually in-courages team work
A nice campaign

PS3, 360, and PC have alot of room to push out some amazing visuals... what's wrong with using it? Doesn't mean the game will turn out bad... just means the game will look good...
