Forums - Nintendo - Another Wii core game test (Dead Space Extraction)

What if this sells better than the HD version? Perhaps not both combined, but at least the PS3 version? That would kind of make it hard to claim these games don't sell on the Wii when the HD versions are selling little or no better. Rail shooter or not.

In that case, EA loses their "See, these games don't sell on the Wii," parachute, and be forced to make more.

It's.... possible.

But it would have to be marketed toward the same crowd who plays Resident Evil on this system.

It could work.

lol they put a half arse/half effort game on the wii and say that if it doesnt sell millions, they drop mature /hardcore games on the wii?
how about they put a railshooter on 360/PS3 and see if it sells there lol

Improvements are caused by people who complain

There is also another rail shooter on the Wii that outsold either version of Dead Space.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

If it sells better than the HD versions then they would just make another rail shooter for the Wii.

I meant the RE4 players, since Dead Space is apparently scary as Hell.

So the hell what? This doesn't mean they won't make other games as well. And I am really sick of this "rail shooter = bad" notion. It's just another bs standard.

It looks great and IMO it will sell at least en-par with HotD:O. That wont be huge ammount, but it will be IMO enough to cover the cost of development.

This wont be the last M rated project from EA for the WIi IMO

Who said anything about rail shooter = bad?  I own target terror & ghost squad & will eventually get House of the Dead.  Also, give me Star Fox Wii over Zelda Wii or Galaxy 2 anyday.

I'm just saying I think that's what EA will do.

Exccuse me. The context of the comment was like the others here claiming such a thing. So I couldn't tell you don't mean that. Thank you for clarifying.

I'm guessing most of those ppl complaining never even play rail shooters.  Reminds me of this quote from a game I just beat  XD
