I'm sorry, usually i hate it when people don't use correct grammar. Especially when they use 'would of been' instead of the more common would HAVE been. I mean really!!! I am not a native speaker but is that slang or what?

It's not slang. Sadly, a lot of native English speakers really don't know the difference between the contraction "would've" and the nonsensical "would of." It drives me batshit.
