If you're interested in BR, get a PS3. Best BR player for the price, and a good gaming console that is comparable to the 360.

If you're only interested in gaming, get a 360. Best back-library, better multiplats, and better arcade/downloadable title/DLC.

RRoD vs Warranty+Price cancel each other out, so I say that the above two conditions are the ones you should consider.
