All personal opinion of course so no right or wrong answer. For me I do not have very good memory so cannot think very far back so with that said it is by FAR the DKS3713 FFXIII Versus trailer. The music, atmosphere, backsteet boy wannabes make for a fantastic trailer.

I think, at the moment, i would have to go with the most recent Uncharted 2 trailers! They are just amazing!!

I know not many where fans of it, but I looved the Godsmack trailer for Warrior Within 
Epic game, epic soundtrack, epic sequel... not as good as the first one, different in many ways, but thats not allways a bad thing

Halo 2.
At the time, nothing beat the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time theatrical Trailer with the Conan music. I haven't seen anything that hyped me up as much since. I don't remember what movie I first saw it on, but it had my heart pounding fasterr and harder than any momeent of the movie even came close to =P
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
For the music mostly
the music just fits perfectly with the video.
