On-Topic...of course it's too expensive. $400 is an early-adopter price. We should be past that by now. Understandably Sony can't drop their price, given how much it costs to manufacture...but that really isn't our fault, is it.

While the value of a blu-ray and a game system is a good deal at $400, especially compared to the initial pricepoint of PS3. However, when there are two formidable opponents at lower prices with three of the biggest franchises releasing games for both, I don't think it will be able to hang. PS3 lineup IMO does not have the same massive appeal as Halo 3, Mario, and Smash alone which also makes it difficult for them to justify the higher price.  Still it is a start but many (including myself) think it is still too expensive.

If you people are upset over a little swearing then obviously you have never held a job or been in the real world, hence resulting in you likely being 12 years old.

Still too expansive for a console imo. I know it's also a media device but it's mostly the playing games part that I like about consoles, not the media. I would also add that Wii is even at the top of what I can pay for a console...
