Maybe Sony is just delaying many of their first party games to ensure quality. That's what you want to do when you have to rely on first party games to move hardware. Nintendo does it all the time. Sony has learned the hard way that they can't just rely on third parties to move hardware, and now they are doing like Nintendo has always done. Make sure that their first party games are good, even if it means extra time.

Makes sense, why release hardware moving games at the time of the year when the majority of hardware is sold? Just wait a month after Christmas to release your big game where it'll have next to no impact on hardware sales.
What are the nine 360 exclusive games coming out? I only count 4 this year, Halo, Forza, and SC:C, and L4D2
And PS3 has Uncharted 2, Ratchet, Demon's Souls, Sigma 2 and possibly GT5... Seems fine to me.

Yeah, but games like MAG and Heavy Rain would struggle to find an audience with the huge games that are out around this time.

So much for the PS3 having a better lineup.... and all the fanboys giggling about it ... 
I have nothing on my PS3-wishlist this year anymore... while I have almost 10 on the 360... I suppose I will keep playing KZ2 then...
Sony keeps loosing me this gen....
Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.
Uncharted 2 and Ratchet is enough for me!
Anyway, with Modern Warfare 2 coming out MAG would get totally eaten up, and this has not even been confirmed yet
The big thing, no Gran Turismo 5 release date has been announced yet, with many things saying it could be released this year
