Totally agree, Modern Warefare 2 is looking awesome! Infinity Ward will once again set the bar for FPS's, this will be the biggest game of 2009 and *should* also be one of the highest rated games of all time.

What "should" be the highest rated game of all time is entirely subjective. To me, if it's anything like it's predecessor, I wouldn't even rate it as one of the highest rated games of this gen, let alone of all time. Not a stab at it, just my experience with the first didn't blow me away like other games of this gen have.

That just proves though, it's all opinionated anyway.

Sorry but the majority disagree with you, COD4 got fantastic reviews and is one of the highest rated FPS's of all time, MW2 will build upon that in every way.....

Yeah, 'cause I mentioned earlier that the PC version would be the best version. You get good control and all the graphics and features.



A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

MW2 is not coming to Wii for the same reason retro leader designers left the company. The difference is that before leaving they made one of the best games of this gen MP3. Its not all about graphics and thats why games like Metal Gear were born.

This needs to be quoted again. IW established Modern Warfare on the ps3, x360 and pc. They are providing another game for the already established COD fanbase who will lap this up. There's no need to make this for the Wii.

 


There are over 1.2 million reasons to put this game on the Wii.

Has the IGN wii team commented on this? I remember them talking about how great the new IW COD game will be on the wii, or at least anticipating the new IW COD game to becoming to the wii as well.

Just shows that you really need more than 1 console this generation.

Infinity Ward doesn't want to make a downgraded version of their game. I think that's what it comes down to.

Call of Duty 7: Vietnam will be my next COD Wii game.

Maybe I will get MW2 for my PC but I have to get a new graphics card :(
