I believe someone already posted it, that diva game did really well.

PSP should see a hardware boost!

i wouldn't call Grand Slam Tennis sales terrible:
it's new IP,
it's western game,
it didn't have much advertisement if any in japan,
it's a sports title and aside from football games like PES, baseball games, rape-schoolgirl-in-crowded-train games, and fondle-breasts-of-some-overboobied-japanese-cgi-ladies games not many sports games sell.
i wouldn't be suprised if most of those sales were made by foreigners who live in japan.

What's the second PSP title? It's translation is His vacation number 4 O_O

Kotaku has a good explanation:

In this promotional clip for PSP title Boku no Natsuyasumi 4 (My Summer Vacation 4), the game's little boy goes around asking why girls have breasts.

At the end of the clip, his exasperated father asks if someone can explain this to the boy.

But honestly, why-girls-have-boobs is a dumb question! The kid should be going around asking why boys have nipples. What is up with that?

Boku no natsuyasumi 4 will be released on Japanese PSPs early next month. The game lets players experience an idyll summer vacation filled with bug collecting, Japanese drum beating, swimming, fishing and irritating questions.

if you have chance to visit the thread of last week's famitsu first day sale

http://vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=78080&page=7

some people were calling Atelier Rorona "bombed" for more than 20,000 copies sold (>60% sell through)

the way i see it, regardless how many copies of games are sold or the install base of each console

if the retailers overestimate (WAY OVER) the demands and order too many copies, that's a bomb to me

please don't get me wrong, i hate to see any good game that deserves good sale failing

but for Grand Slam Tennis... no cute/cartoony characters is not gonna sell this game to Wii owners in Japan, EA

It (PS3's market share) might hit 30%, but definently not more. ~ Neo
