Well if you changed that to a Top 1 Ps3 would win :P
Anyway, I don't think that it'll make it, though Ps3 still has awesome games, more then enough for me.
It will definately have better first party than PS2 since Sony has realized this gen that they can't just let third parties do all the work for them.
As for games overall, maybe, depends on how long it will live and if it ever beats the 360.

mhm.. the PS3 already has a better library than the orignal Xbox..
with psn games it stands a better chance, almost forgot about those games.

When the PS3 is all said and done in about 6 more years then I believe it's library of games will be better then the PS2s, but right now, no.
No, and what they need to do is have full capability of playing every PS game. This way, I can finally buy it ;P
