woot woot .... now if only they could let the bodies pile up like in hit man.... damn that could be fun

edit.... also both hitman 5 and crackdown two better show this year

Eidos was bought by square so unless you want a turn-based , poorly scripted action title dont hope on another hitman game.

(Man I miss agent 47)

from what i have read there seems like there may have been one in the works that will come out and play at E3 .... i think it may sadly be the last real hit man game, and im holding out much hope for it....

and god  what happened to square they used to be able to write well enough that youd care, i swear some of the more recent stuff seems like they let their middle school children write it....

also turn base is fine in some games... though it would suck for hitman

come play minecraft @  mcg.hansrotech.com

Silly people making silly comments. The Xbox 360's GPU has unified shaders and can therefore allocate more power into drawing triangles. At its peak, the 360 GPU can render 2X the polygons that the PS3's GPU can. Granted, this is pure polygons without anything else. Under real world circumstances, the 2 GPUs are capable of similar things, with the edge going to the 360. The only issue that would involve the cell are the physics behinds all the zombies at once, but I imagine they will be prebaked like in a lot of games.

If anything, I am asking, how can the PS3 do this? Lets take a conservative route and say each zombie is 1000 polygons.

7,000 zombies X 1,000 polygons X 30 DPS = 210,000,000 polygons a second.

The Xboox 360 can allocate a lot of shaders for this and draw them but everything else would be missing (textures, sound, shadows, etc)

The Playstation 3's GPU isn't capable of handling this many.

It will be interesting to see what they do.

trailer looks cool - can't wait for this game.

Now playing: Gta4(ps3)I live in hope that one day cross game voice chat will come to the ps3

Cool. Can't wait to see the Wii version :)

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

There's a Wii version?

How will this work on 360?

Has anyone completed overtime mode in the origional Dead Rising?

You have to pass literally thousands of zombies when you go underground before you face off against the last boss.

If you thought there were lots of zombies in the mall and car park area you ain't seen nothing till you get near the very end of the game.

360 will handle Dead Rising 2 with ease.

360 is getting a superior version of the game isn't it??

He's saying the the 360 GPU is better than the one in the PS3...I was joking about asking...but it's nice to know stuff like this...
