Yes they do. They will re-run the shit out of E3 in general. So if you wanna watch it on TV G4 is the best place.

However if you watch the re-run there will be comercials. If you watch live there will be none.

I don't know if they do or not. You might be able to find the video of the conferences on G4tv or Gametrailers later that day. Sony will post all of their videos (and more) on the PSN that night like they did last year (or that's my guess at least).

If Sony does post their entire conference on the PSN for download I will be one happy camper. Although...that will be a massive download for 2ish hours of video.
