Forums - Nintendo - I am a wii owner now!

Those must of been some good speakers you traded.

Some people don't like Super Mario Galaxy (take Soriku for example). Maybe he just wants RPG's and such. Also, as Soriku posted, he is known to pirate so maybe he just figures he'll pirate Super Mario Galaxy. Either way, this isn't trolling.

I like SMG...I just don't think it's great as some people think. It's not bad.

What score would you give it on a scale from 1 to 100?

Mario and Sonic should get a good deal. Thing is still full price in stores to my knowledge.

Carnival games is also full price but that game was discounted to begin with.

Wii Fit can still be intermitent in some areas as well.

Mario Galaxy likely could get a decent amount too.

I saw the avatar, and wii in the title, and knew it was a troll thread.

If you have zero interest in even trying Super Mario Galaxy before you sell it, you have zero interest in fun and zero interest in games. If given the opportunity to play a game, I'd play it. Any game. I like games and fun.

He claims to be "one of us now" and then immediately follows it up by saying Galaxy isn't worth his time and he's going to sell it? ROFL.

Indeed. I think a lot of people here aren't quite aware of the trolling going on...

Making a thread like this may be trolling if I could look into his mind, but at its face there is absolutely nothing wrong with this thread assuming he has actually traded his old speakers for a Wii and a ton of games. Like others I will implore you to try out the games before selling them, but if you are adamant then oh well. Your loss.

But Leo J got banned for like a month for the "I bought a wii" thread.

And he was annoying but he wasn't half the troll Esa was.  At least he tried being productive from time to time on the forums.

I guess somewhere from 78-82. Still not bad though.

Such blasphemy. :p

What? I have never cared about mario/zelda games. Those games just aren't for me. Cool if you like SMG, but I just don't see it as "fun" as you do.

There was a DS thread he made and when we recommended games for him he managed to try them all really quick. In fact his sig said he owned like 180+ DS games or something. He then gave obvious hints he was pirating everything.

Or you just think so. :)

I sure hope both you and nordlead never ever complain about any money related issues in front of me.

Either of you are forgiven if you use them outside your homes (like if you are a DJ or something)

A quality sound system is an investment that you continue to use for 30+ years. A quality speaker will sound good for decades before it finally fails, so I have no problem investing in a system that costs $3k. In reality, the speakers I bought were on closeout because the company was moving on to the next model so I picked mine up for over $1k off normal retail with the full manufacturer guarantee and everything.

Oh, and what I bought is considered medium range quality. If you move to higher quality you can spend over $1.2k per main speaker, and over 2k for a sub-woofer.

This. If you buy quality speakers, they will do for a looong time. $3k isn't that much but it is a good start. :)
