Thread updated with Germany (1st post), Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway and Finland (2nd post).

Pokemon Platinum was apparently released earlier in Australia and New Zealand than in Europe. Unsurprisingly, in an otherwise very quiet week, it takes the first place in both charts.
