He is speaking for the company as long as he is working for them. You gotta read my previous post. The company can get sued by anything an employee says while working for them.

And that includes investors and customers, asking themselves why is Capcom making a mature franchise if they don't believe that they are worth making. One can question the quality of the product and their business plan.

No, that is pretending context doesn't matter. He uses first person comments in that quote, not third person plural, which would imply the company.

If he had claimed the company was concerned about the sales, when they weren't, that would be a false representation (like that guy from Ubisoft).

That. And the fact that there's tons of game sales data that instantly prove him wrong.

How do you know Overkill is one of the games?  It seems like the game is going to make money so it goes against what the guy was talking about.

Well those are the most recent M rated games that have been released for the Wii. Unless he is talking about NMH, which sold well enough to warrant a sequel (maybe bitter as well because he made Killer7 which sold bad and was published by Capcom).

It could be any other game with M ratings, but cherry picking makes him look quite bad.

Questioned is not assuming this is there position. You SHOULD question before you imply they feel a certain way.
