Dang, Atari. Could have showed your stellar lineups and exclusives. Oh well.

Hope they're not out of cash - I was just saying last week upon completing Chronicles of Riddick and looking at hands on ghostbusters that Atari (in my opinion) are knocking out some of their best stuff at the moment.

Atari has been in dire straits for a while. Infogames paid $$$$ to get the name, and could care less about it, really.

The Atari that some of us grew up with - the 2600, 5200 - has long since went the way of the dodo. It's just a name, now, and Infogames has not made any stellar moves recently.

They were nearly at the point of death before - in this economy, even with recovery efforts, I think they are on the verge of going down for the last time, IMHO.
