Yes they do. What do you call those games from Rare and Lionhead. (Hint: They are owned by Microsoft and therefore MS develops their own games)

We are discussing the exclusives:

Which console has better 1st/2nd party titles, in your opinion?

I can't answer, because I only own PS3. And Microsoft does develop quite a few games: Forza, Halo, Fable... just Sony develops a lot more.

So then, if we go for exclusives only, Sony would have that advantage. The've bought even more studios than Microsoft have.

This has given Sony a boost in the games developed for their console. Just, third parties, although not being accounted, add the extra value the 360 actually has.

This thread was obviously designed to attract annoying PS3 fanboys.

I guess it depends what genres you prefer. I love FPS games and RPGs like Fable and Mass Effect. With that said the 360 is ideal for me.

But the PS3 offers a mish mash of different shit. Nothing particularly outstanding as you can tell from sales. So the PS3 doesn't offer exclusives the masses enjoy... but it'll still keep you busy.

Thats pretty true. 

IF you prefer Shooters or RPG's you go the Xbox 360.

If you prefer sports games or racers there are more good ones on Xbox 360.

IF you prefer hack and slash the best ones are on Xbox 360, though this could change once GoW3 comes out.

If you prefer casual games or platformers you go for a Wii.

But a lot of people have a franchise loyalty or two that drags them towards the PS3.

I'm not sure if it was you or somebody else who replied saying "360 fanboys don't classify AAA as 90+ on Metacritic! Or say that 90+ games are the only ones worth anything!"

You didn't say that, but you implied it. Tell me, what differentiates those games from Tools of Destruction with 89, or Uncharted with 88? Same goes for Fable II with 89.
