Well from what I have extensively played, in descending order:

PS3

Warhawk
Uncharted
MLB 08 The Show
Motorstorm 2
Killzone 2

360

Gears of War 2
Gears of War
Fable II
Viva Pinata
Forza Motorsport 2

A lot of my favorite titles this gen are multiplats. In fact most of them are, so neither one of these publishers has really done much better to distance themselves from the pack. However, I have thoroughly enjoyed Warhawk, Uncharted, MLB 08, Gears 1 and 2 and Fable II out of the titles I own, so I'll give a very slight edge to Sony.
