I love it when people claim my "How to identify a 360 fanboy" list is bullshit, and then go on to prove my point, time and time again

I wonder if Deamon Souls will add 1 to the tally eventually on PS3?  Refresh me, what are the respective games?

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

But is not available on PS3, you know?
I have it on both 360 and Steam. So, if I find this game on the 360, then it'll be my choice.

Since this website does not argues the PC market (as far as I know) I think it can be counted as an exclusive.

Yes, but it is not first party, so it does not qualify for this list.

Microsoft does not develop, own, or even publish it. Publishing is the loosest definition of first party, which can apply to games like Gears of War. Ratchet and Resistance are first party, because Sony owns the rights to the games, and if I'm not mistaken (which I might be) Microsoft only has publishing rights and exclusivity rights to Gears. The actual IP belongs to Epic, I think.

Demon Souls is looking great, so it may well do.  It will depend on whether it is treated as just another game, or whether it gets the "Lost Odyssey" treatment a whole lot of JRPG's get.

Demon Souls might, inFamous probably will.

I dunno. Demon's Souls has gotten some pretty rave reviews from western reviewers. Eurogamer gave it a 9!

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

Again, it's not available on the PS3. Microsft itself does NOT develops their own games. Besides, we're not discussing the exclusives here, but which platfrom you'd lean at.

The problem here is that we're enclosing all those games. Besides, if we go that way, most of you would kill 360 games as many of them are also released for Windows and some even for Mac.

L4D rights belogs to Valve, which also develops Half life. I love Half life.

Looks like outlawauron beat me to the punch.  I really know nothing about Infamous, though.  DS definitely has the characteristics that Western reviewers seem to like.
