Story is not the sole reason to play any game.  The only JRPG people seem to play purely for story is Xenogears/Xenosaga.

But those games have decent battle systems!

Wow I completely forgot about Ninety-Nine Nights 2.

Xenogears battle system was more then decent, it's battle system was way ahead of its time and was fun as hell. Magna Carta's battle system becomes fairly enjoyable once you get the hang of it but overall its still a hassle. But man did it have a great story and the characters were really good even though the voice acting was horrible.

why you happy about Magna carta 2 comming to the x360? you should know better that it will still be launched for ths ps3 right? juts like most of the good jrpg's.. of course.. non wil match the sale's of WKC....nor ff13

 If they are disastrous on xbox 360 than the same can be said for if its on ps3 but combine the to if it was multi than it still be fine. however its proven a exclusive eastern style rpg can thrive on the xbox 360 and until wkc comes to the west we can't say whether its proven yet as well for the ps3. on a sidenote you do know being a multi console owner has big benefits like this. you see i own all 3 this and last since i got sick of worrying if a game i was interested in would come to the console i owned.

Thats a big IF with the port. this game has been known to be coming to xbox 360 and in development for about as long as final fantasy 13 has been in development.

 it's pretty obvious why rpg fans on an xbox 360 forum would be happy about it don't ya think?  as for wkc sales nobody knows what it will be once its worldwide and ff13 sales will be excellent no matter which systems sales you look at. as far as far as you being happy about getting 8 month to a year old port more power to ya i want it when its hot on the shelves not old and collecting dust. my ps3 rpg collection as of right now is folklore and valkryia cronicles compared to having thee last remnant, tales of vesperia, lost odyssey, blue dragon, fallout 3, fable 2, oblivion, eternal sonata, star ocean 4 and mass effect. i have 2 exclusive ps3 rpgs and on 360 5 exclusive rpgs 4 are/were timed exclusives and 1 non-exclusive from the start. idk man but looking at that i would say ps3 has a lot of catching up in the rpg front on both eastern and western style rpgs.
