I don't know about that. I'd say that there's enough floating around for one to make one's own choice instead of relying on teh internetz. For someone who's ps3 has broken twice, you think I'd believe that the ps3 is the "best" system when it failed me on one of the reasons I even chose it over 360?

360, the only thing your going to really be missing out on is GOW3
You should get the Elite Bundle that comes with Halo 3 and Fable 2 and then pick up Halo ODST and MF2 this fall. Then get FF13 in 2010.

Everyone is crazy on here... the answer is simple... if you're not especially interested in Sony's exclusive line up there is no reason to spend more on the PS3. Get a 360... if you want those exclusive games get a PS3... all the rest of the stuff is background noise... though truthfully Xbox Live is a integrated part of the 360 and when you're connect (silver or gold) you get a lot more robust experience.

Don't listen to this guy, you can buy an Xbox 360 Jasper and you will not have any problems.

 

FPS/Shooters = x360 (Gears of war 1 & 2, Halo 3, etc)

RPG = x360 (Lost Odyssey, Tales of Vesperia, Fable, Mass Effect, etc)

Action/Adventure = PS3 (Uncharted, Ratchet, etc)

while microsoft very recently expand the warranty to 3 years like the RROD one, the issue its not fixed yet, but its prone less to happen

I have my xbox360 (Jasper) for a long time, I never had to fix it. You speak as if every xbox360 will break.

yeah maybee I should go with the ps3 after all. As far as i'm concern, I play a lot of sports games and a ps3 is a nice choice...
