God I hope this is more than just an online team death match. This game has so much potentail to have a brilliant online story mode allowing you to hook up with 256 players. I mean what better way would there be to teach all of the aspects of this game to players, than to have a full blowen story mode were you get to learn team work, and gain experiance.

If this is just Warhawk with 256 players, and a subscription, no thanks.

If this has a full blown champain, allowing you to play through as both sides, gaining experiance for a charictor that can expand to online, and also be like Warhawk. Then I will pay 19.99 a month. 15 for initial charictor, and 5 for secondary.

It might weed out a few dumbasses but it will also kill the franchise.

No, I'd rather live with the idiots than not be able to play the game due to lack of players.

 

I think there will still be plenty playing with a subscription, it will just generally be a smaller and more hardcore fanbase. I think this could be really cool if Zipper supports it really well.

looks okay. Would probably get it for ~30€, but I would never pay a fee for 1 game.

MAG was SONY's big announcement at the end of E3 08. Main feature is 256 players.

I believe there's a game called Huxly [hope that's spelled right] coming to 360 that's sporting 60vs60 games [120 players total.]


ah so its looking like mag might be better than huxley? i hope mag is rleased this year what the release date for huxley?

is there a release date set for this game i saw leo-j thread saying something about the release date being set or something looks ok but im not into online only games i can only imagine the gameplay being inconsistent

As of now, November 25. But that's probaly just a place holder for a Holiday 2009 release

 

 

thats good there was a article now to long ago saying that mag and god of war wouldnt be coming out till 2010 ps3 is looking like it will see a good hioliday line up this year

Not because he was being objective, I have no qualms with that. It was because of his blatant, unecessary attacking of a game he seems to have no interest in.

I always loved large-scale online games with vehicles, but can't say I'm excited about this one. It's not the lame graphics, but the 256 players. Sounds like overkill, unless there's tons of aircraft and some artillery that players can use, then I imagine it could end up bein really awesome.

If the game has a fee, it better be the best damn FPS I've ever played.
