Alright, I had to come back to address this.

My name is a gag I had going for awhile with some friends, I haven't watched the cartoon in years (Although rest assured, it is bad-ass), but this is besides the point.
Past that, I'm not quite sure how I got labeled as a PS3 fanboy, but oh well.

I suppose I should update my profile with the things I actually do like, but until then, please don't assume things, you look quite silly.

Halo 4 will probably be an Xbox "3" launch title......that would massively boost initial sales, followed by Gears of War 3 & Perfect Dark 2 for the first 3 yrs of major hits.



PREDICTIONS:
(Predicted on 5/31/11) END of 2011 Sales - Xbox 360 = 62M;  PS3 = 59M;  Wii = 97M

I want hope M$ saves Halo 4 for the next console, and instead continues to expand the ODST idea...plus I really hope Halo War nails it on the sales charts, and gets the franchise moving in other directions, maybe an RPG. The fundamental reason, imho to save Halo 4 for the next xbox is simple...make it a launch date title...it would BOOST the new console...make the console fully B/C to encourage 360 owners to early adopt as well. Personally, I don't think it possible to work on Halo 4 for the 360, and still deliver it as a launch title.

well duh M$ wouldnt give up on this cash cow. I like the halo games and dont mind more games in the Halo Universe as long as they are good quality games and i will be nervous for the quality aspect if Bungie isnt at the head of the project. But halo wars was good so hopefully they all will be

Timing isnt right for that sequence.

2009 Halo:ODST, but in reality they need to make it bigger then they have let out. So I think we will see something else this year.  Perfect Dark 2 would be good here.

2010 Gears of War 3. Every 2 year timeframe this generation.

2011 New Bungie IP

2012 Halo 4 on NextBox

 

Somewhere before 2012 I also expect something new in the Halo Universe.

 



Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.
