Ok I received it as a gift along with Zelda, Ghost Squad, Super Paper Mario and Zack and Wiki for my birthday in January. Seriously haven't even booted up Zelda, SPM and ZW even once since the 5 weeks i've had them. Galaxy is really the perfection of 3d mario. It isn't that hard or anything but it really feels good to play. So many stages in it that I wonder how long it took nintendo to create it and I'm the type of person who'll play level by level carefully trying to get every star in every galaxy. I would love a sequel but I really feel satisfied by this level of quality being one a system.

we've also played an unhealthy amount of co-op Ghost Squad. My friends and I finish it about 10 times a day and still play it. That's like Starfox 64 level of addiction back in the day. I for one plan on getting every single light gun game announced or released for the Wii. Reviewers suck. Where did fun factor ever go to. I think Dead Space will be great.

Yes Galaxy is such a wonderful game. I´ve always really liked Mario games but this one is the best ever in my opinion, pure masterpiece. It took the series to a level I never expected it to reach.

The only thing that could have been better on SMG was if the planets were a bit bigger.

Best 3d mario i agree. Coming from a Mario 64 fanboy. Its like the perfection of Mario 64. Sunshine was a bit inaccessible in my opinion. I cant believe it has taken about 10 years for a platformer to move me again

Well Mario 64 was amazing. Mario Sunshine was really good too. I loved it. But Galaxy.... is just on another level.

mario galaxy is the biggest suprise in this generation.the only game that is pure magic from start to finish with great ideas like the ice skating!

i like on rail shooters but i hope dead space wil be better from squad,resi,house of dead.not quite excellent games.everyone says some bad and good things about them. i want a new panzer dragoon..
