I just had a problem with Spartan making this thread since he really doesn't care about FEAR 2. But nevertheless, I should have been more argumenttive...I mean, every game gets a few bad reviews no matter how good it is and that Eurogamer review sounds like a bitter fanboy gamer wishing FEAR 2 was FEAR 1.

I think Eurogamer and Edge are both terrible publications. I don't give either review a second thought. I'm much more interested in smaller sites as they more then not don't get sucked in by hype and generally give better reviews. From playing the two demos myself I'm sure, for me at least, that both games will be great. Hell, when the RE5 demo came out I even made posts saying how I thought the FEAR 2 demo was much more impressive. And I stick by that. RE5 is still a day one for me though.

its a shame you returned your ps3 since you left out a few titles. should have made the most of it when you had it. r2, hvb, gt5p, lbp, sshd and a few others would have kept you going.

ot: why are we discussing fanboyism when we should be discussing the low score from eurogamer?

Seems hypocritical if your using it now. 

 

 I'm actually on a pc. Guess I should just learn to space. lol My girlfriend is actually playing Fallout 3 on my PS3 at the moment. She's already beaten it on 360 where I own the title but we rented it to get trophies.

@ shadowblind, lol i was actually checking if spaces work. on long posts they dont for some stupid reason. i even went to edit and used spaces instead but to no joy :s

im playing fallout3 to. want to complete it b4 sf4 and kz2 are released, but the game is just overwhelmingly huge. i wish someone could finish it for :s but my gf is useless.

 I played most of the game and side missions on 360 and my GF did everything but on my non xbox live account. I never did mind gamerscore but am somewhat addicted to trophies so she said she'd play it again to unlock them for me.

there are only 2 games im dying to play on the wii, madworld and house of the dead. if the wii drops in price, i may pick one up.

OT i cant see any fear fan not enjoying this game. screw edge and eurogamer!!
