Way to be consistent.

I believe what they mean by "outdated digital controls" is that there are two speeds you can move at: slow walk and run (No in-between).  The video review compared it to Resident Evil controls.

And I believe that Wii.ign.com gives games low scores because they see the potential for more. However, if the average game gets a 7, then 8 is a good score.

Hmmm...,well I can tell the Wii version was a ground up game. It clearly looks better than the PSP game. It's nice to see that non-Wii owners get a chance to play the best Tenchu game in years though. Still don't understand the 16:9 support with no 480p support for the Wii game though.

I was sold on this game a long time ago because I freaking love Tenchu games but it's always nice to see it's getting good reviews!

It is clearly the best Tenchu game in a while, but that isn't necessarily saying much

 

It does look neat, but not neat enough for me to take the plunge.
