Guys!! Guys! Who's that 'hooded' woman with purple hair and why is she in a Sonic game? Do any of you know her name?
Why is she drawn like a manga/anime character? Is she an animal like Sonic or is she a real woman? What is she running from and why does she carry a staff around? (what's it for?) Is she going to aid Sonic or destroy him with the staff?
Is the staff dangerous? Can Sonic break it with his sword or what?

On topic: It's unspeakably beautiful. It is as if Sonic Team said "Let us compress pure awesome into a disc form, and lo, it was gorgeous"

Sorry.  Dozens of Sonic games have taught me to ignore anyone who isn't Sonic in said games.
