I don't get why people around here care so much about other people spending money on Home.
Firstly, it's not your money, you shouldn't care.
Secondly, if that person want's to buy virtual items, so be it.

Actually if they make 40 buks every 3 or 4 minutes, a year they make 20,500,000 dollars, according to my calculator! XD

Mmmm no. One year = 365*24*60 minutes = 525,600 minutes = 175,200 groups of 3 minutes

175,200 * 40 = $7,008,000

Assuming that amount, it's not a real cash cow, but it's still an OK amount. Nothing extraordinary though, considering that Home likely cost more than $10 million to develop (one studio working for several years). Now if they can get real money from advertising, they might be on to something.

 

Well that was assuming that 40 were bought every three minutes and each item cost .99$. A very rough estimate indeed :D I agree that advertisement is where they can make some serious cash.
