Well since 360 WW last month also manage to sell the 360 in Japan since the start it is not very impressive.



Predictions for 2009:

360: 39-42 PS3: 31-34 Wii: 67-70

Future projection

Wii will hit 100 million before christmas 2010 (made december 2008)

NDS Family will have sold and shipped more then PS2 at the end of 2009 (made january 2009)

Because this thread is less about the success of the wii, and more about the supposed 'failure' of the PS3, so i was supplying something supporting towards the PS3. I was in no way knocking the 360, a console i own. I could have picked anything, just happens i picked that example. You see?

PS2 American sales at the end of 2007: 46 million

GC and Xbox worldwide sales combined at the end of 2007: 45 million

I think what most people are forgetting is that a dominant console is supposed to be, you know, dominate. Plus this is old news and there's already been a thread on it.
