This thread sort of confuses me.

There is one specifically good point in that article.

The gear the knight uses seems much older than the gear Link uses in OoT or TP.

He also wears real armour, something OoT Link never did.

I'd say the Golden Wolf was a mysterious character. Possibly!!

I just assumed he was Sniper Wolf from Metal Gear Solid and moved on.

OOT Link--he practically says it a couple of times (though it's been too long since I've played it and can't remember the exact phrases).

Wait, one thing.

How is this Link (golden) supposed to know the MM songs?

The Hero's clothes (which TP link gets), are from a saviour of Hyrule. He never saved Hyrule in the child version, and the child version of him is the one that went to the MM land (forgot the name).

So (if he is OoT Link) either, he is the child Link from OoT, who never saved Hyrule, or he is the grown version, who never went to Termina.

He cannot be the child Link from OoT.

But it still doesn't really make sense. Either, he went to Termina again as adult, or someone from Termina gave him the songs, and he became a wolf somehow.

Additionally, the 6th song you howl, is the Ballad of Gales (I think) from The Wind Waker. It is of course, possible that OoT Link learnt this, but there are beginning to be too many "if" and "it is possible"s here.
