Before it was Bioshock and now its Mass Effect because i heard it have great story. The good news is both these games are developed by 3rd parties. But i don't think Mass Effect will come to PS3 but ME2 is possible.

Left 4 Dead also a playable version of Half Life 2.

Tales of Vesperia, Gears of war 2, Left 4 Dead.

I'd list the games I miss playing, but that'd be alot (I used to own a 360). The above is just what I missed out on that I wish I hadn't.
