vcharts is wrong, its impossible for it to be 1 million copies on shelves, they wouldnt order more games.......FIX THIS VCHARTS

Thx for the link to the report, at which page is the 4.33 million shipped for MSG4? The only thing I found is the over 4 million sold of the Metal Gear franchise.

As Malachi mentioned, this number is likely to encompass all Metal Gear titles, not just MGS4.

Regardless of the shipped versus sold argument, this means that MGS4 will sell at least 4.33 million. Unless, the retailer decides to throw extra copies away rather than discounting them. It's a great game that deserves the success.
