1) MS moneyhatted yet another game to get a time exclusivity.

or

2) Sales were terrible and the game brought losses, therefore porting to PS3. But it won't do any good outside or inside Japan judging by recent RPG releases.

I haven't bothered watching is, but I think most people know that it is inevitable that it is coming to PS3

it does not sound like a high-budget game ,

sony paid them ,,, most likely

ES, beside the fact that ToV is the better game, ws released during a crossfire of other big releases... therefore, it hasn't sold well.
