Well, just wondering if the game is good ...

Some people claim that, despite some bugs, even in the last patch, the game is easly better than Oblivion.

I dont know why, but, Gothic3 seems a lot more interesting (world/quest/interaction) than Oblivion despite some major technical flaws...

Gothic 1+2 easily were better than Oblivion (in my opinion), because the world actually felt alive and had many many unique and memorable places. The Story was leagues above TES4 aswell.

I must admit, that I didn't play Gothic 3 yet, though.

I love Gothic 3, it is massive, pretty and easily the most fun I've had in a RPG in years. Better than Oblivion? Hell yes, a lot more fun and engaging! There are several patches out that smooth out most of the bumps and scratches the game has/had.
I recommend it highly for any action RPG fan!

PS: There is one thing, you WILL tire of this phrase; "I see."

but im interesting in this one, I will see

Gothic 3 is pretty good.
I've completed it with patch 1.09 installed and I just had some minor bugs on my playthrough
