I doubt it'll flop, I think it'll be at least a 90 on metacritic.

Sales? No. It'll do well over 3m.

Review wise? What's a flop? I think they'll get over 85% and flirt with 90% and will be highly regarded as a fantastic Adventure/RPG.

It will sell well without a doubt, because it is a big game, and the first one sold quite great on Xbox.

well i agree with you on an aggregated score, i would put it 89 or 90 aggregated (not that i agree to aggregates mind you)

but most of the major gaming outlets will have reviews for this game into 90+

those prick reviewrs that you find at the bottom of aggregated lists talk rubbish imo there opinion is garbage.

all in all fable 2 is looking to be a good game, i want fallout but i prefer the setting style of fable so it looks like fable for me.

If you consider Fable 1 a flop at 3 million....I give up on the human race!

exactly what darth said, also even though the reviews for fable1 weren't amazing they were still pretty damn good.

it really depends. if Fable 2 can achieve a 83% above in GameRankings

and 8.5 from IGN, I don't think it will flop.

now, if it gets 7.9 from IGN... it will be ugly.

"Not living up to the hype" and "flopping" aren't the same thing. Fable was hugely successful sales-wise, and garnered respectable reviews. Just because Molyneux spent years hyping it as the best game of all time doesn't change any of that.

Personally, I've never understood people's obsession with marketing hype. I really don't care how much a developer hypes their game; in the end, it doesn't affect my gaming experience in the slightest. The quality of the end product is all that matters.

fable 2 will sell very well, i would say lifetime sales around 4 million+ and a average review score of 94%.
