Sega should just retire the franchise. I gave up on the franchise when it left the Sega Genesis. I knew Sega would use Sonic a lot. So they can be saved in the console wars. But the franchise failed and lost steam. After Sonic the Hedgehog 2, I lost complete interest in the series.

 

 I agree 100%, sept i lost interest on the gamecube version of sonic adventure 2, after that it went downhill imo, Heros,Shadow,etc...

I still have yet to play Sonic the hedgehog on any next gen format, i hear so much negativity about im scared to pick it up for 10 bux on amazon, they say it aint even worth a mc donalds meal. wtf? cant be that bad...can it? O_O

Sonic has to be the only game character, Mario too probably, that can get abused SO MANY TIMES and still retain his image of a generally cool guy. Now if you will excuse me I'm gonna go play through Sonic&Knuckles to ease my pain.

Sega is pissing me off... destroying one of my favorite VG characters.
I thought BioWare might do this series some justice and now look....

If even Bioware can't help Sonic back on his feet...then hes in more trouble then I could have imagined.

Seriously though, Sonic should go back to his fast roots. The speed section in Unleashed look great, but then they have to kill it with the whole werehog crap.



GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

That's not quite what I was expecting. However other reviews hsvre rated the game much better thus far.
But then again, Bozon did write the review, and we all KNOW how reliable his reviews are.

p.s. The "reliable" was in massive sarcasm quotes. :D

Well there is a huge different Sonic the Hedgehog on the PS3 and Xbox 360.
