As far as the response to "Something Project 1" we know something is being created but we dont know what its called. Just b/c Ninty and MS dont announce games 1-2 years in the pipeline doesnt mean that they dont exist so hence the "Project 1" is used as a placeholder. Announcing your games early/late is a strategy but it doesnt necessarily mean one is better than the other. But announcing games way early is something MS doesnt ususally do so we name them. What do you care?

However, if Max Payne 3 is an exclusive, it will be a huge game for whichever console gets it.

As far as exclusives, paying for them is part of Microsoft's business model. Always will be. Hearing that the 360 will get more exclusives isn't even something you should have to ask.

Sorry dude, that's bullcrap. Microsoft probably spends more money buying exclusives, games, and content than Nintendo and Sony combined. Their first party games might not be as frequent, but they are arguably just as good, and exclusives aren't the only thing that Microsoft has bought for its customers. Hint: Final Fantasy XIII, Star Ocean 4.

Plus dropping price, and spending profit getting exclusive DLC and turning PS3 exclusives into multiplats.

Microsoft is spending more money trying to please its customers than Sony, who has stated that they refuse to pay for 3rd party exclusives. Not to mention huge price cuts on the console itself.

The only poster on this site that I know I will be offended by the post, simply by seeing his name. I haven't read your post yet sir, but I can tell you it is vastly pro-Sony and attacks Microsoft, all its fans and any general positive assumption about the company.

I think the fact that you aren't consistantly banned is an indication that mods are ironically more lenient towards Sony fans because of these alligations.

Here is what I admire about Nintendo and SONY. Regardless of how much Nintendo's characters are used in their own games, Nintendo normally equates to quality. Very simple, to the point and very true. They cater to their fanbase while the quality of their games can appeal to a wide audience. SONY have really grown into a formidable 1st/2nd party developer/publisher by continuing to push new IP's. They were very heavily dependent on exclusive 3rd party support during the PSOne days. Nintendo has done a fine job of keeping what's classic from being stale while SONY has pushed newer IP's over the past 10 years which helps potentially keep gaming fresh. Now no one here can measure the intent of the three major console makers so anyone can present any "positive" point as "proof" that company "A" is "trying to please gamers." So I'll respect your opinion, but if you cannot respect mine then you are the one trolling. You need zen like patience to be calling yourself zen. Then again if a difference of a valid opinion offends you so, then you are nowhere near zen to begin with.
