I've decided to get it. I just downloaded the creature creator trial, and it is awesome!!! Just a small question, is the entirely of the creature creator included in the full game?

The gaem is much much more than the creature creator. There's buildings, aird, sea, land, and space craft. You can also make your own trees somehow and change planets as well later in the game. And the game figures out how it all works by itself. It's literally sick.

I know, but will I get as much freedom to create my own creatures in the final game? (i do assume so)

Yes, you only get more not less in the final game.
