No I don't think FFXIII will only be released in 2011-2012, it should come out in 2009.

It won't beat FF VIII, but do you not think FF XIII will break 1 million on release week? If it released now on the PS3 with the same attach rates, it would be right around 900k. The install base will probably be close to 3m on the PS3 a year from now, when the game will probably be out.
