Final Fantasy will never break a million week one again Crazzy.

Gran Turismo 3 - 1,9 mln. with 4 mln. PS2 on the launch.

PS3 will 100% reach 3 mln. by the release of FFXIII, so you FAIL. It`s debatable about 4-5 mln., since the FFXIII release date in Japan is unknown, BUT FFXIII will EASY cross 1 mln. first week.

MGS4? lol yeah sure. =))

Oh snap, number spinning troll Crazzy just owned you with some totally irrelivant and out of context facts DMJ.

Apparently common sense isn't allowed here! Learn that DMJ! Learn that. =}}

lol, what if I was like, secretly Crazzy, this whole time. There would be a Kotaku story if that was true, lol.

It won't beat FF VIII, but do you not think FF XIII will break 1 million on release week?  If it released now on the PS3 with the same attach rates, it would be right around 900k.  The install base will probably be close to 3m on the PS3 a year from now, when the game will probably be out.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials
