I find that hard to understand considering an IQ of 100 should be the average across all people (that's how it's supposed to work anyway)
And that list seems to show more than half of the population below 100 IQ.... China is not above it so it can't be used as leverage, and India (another 1 billion people) is only 81 so that would pretty much counter most of China anyway.
iQ tests are biased if you do a lot of iq tests your iQ will go up wich is impossible.

Before you think you are a bigshot, try getting a real post count. You are asking for it dude.
IQs are meant to average 100. The test the test on a selected group, and do from that take the average. Therefore, every test should have an average of 100 in IQ, and thus also the world's population.
This makes me doubt Stella's list.
Other than that, I believe IQ was originally used for 16 minus only, and the tests haven't changed a lot since that.
It is supposed to be Physical age divided by Mental age (from the test) multiplied by 100
Even Mensa's tests are incorrect (but that's not because of this).
After I got 148 in IQ on a Mensa, I checked this, and IQ tests are fairly meaningless.
