And that list seems to show more than half of the population below 100 IQ.... China is not above it so it can't be used as leverage, and India (another 1 billion people) is only 81 so that would pretty much counter most of China anyway.

 

Can't really say mate.  It is hard to believe that the avarage IQ of the world always is 100. This article is the best I could find on the internet to respond to my mate Kirby's question.

I don't know the correct answer but ...

Being that nutrition and education play major factors in how intelligent a child grows up to be, I would suspect that a very poor nation that has suffered repeated famines (and malnutrition is a way of life) would probably have the dumbest population. I think that several african and asian countries would be likely candidates if my assumptions are correct.
