IQs are meant to average 100. The test the test on a selected group, and do from that take the average. Therefore, every test should have an average of 100 in IQ, and thus also the world's population.
This makes me doubt Stella's list.
Other than that, I believe IQ was originally used for 16 minus only, and the tests haven't changed a lot since that.
It is supposed to be Physical age divided by Mental age (from the test) multiplied by 100
Even Mensa's tests are incorrect (but that's not because of this).
After I got 148 in IQ on a Mensa, I checked this, and IQ tests are fairly meaningless.
