It's not a question of which s more important, it's which is more memorable.
without a doubt, whilst playing the game... good graphics (artistically) and adequate graphics (technically) are far more important than a good score.
But once you have finished the game, 3 months later you are not going to suddenly remember the way a character or location looks, but you might be humming good tunes from the game for years.

I think it's the balance of the two that make a game great, it's the reason FF7 is more memorable then FFX or FFXII, sure the other two have much better graphics but the music and graphics just fitting what was going on in the game in FF7 was great.

It's a team sport... when both are good they can really add to a gaming experience.

Music, I can remember playing MGS with that awesome orchestrated sound. I can also remember the Plant 42 theme from RE1. Music bring back many more memories then graphics. That is why the Super Mario theme is still played today.
I remember a game's music far longer than I remember its graphics. Which should come as no surprise given the current predominance of the photorealism gimmick; why would I remember a generic art style that will be surpassed in six months anyway?
Complexity is not depth. Machismo is not maturity. Obsession is not dedication. Tedium is not challenge. Support gaming: support the Wii.

for me the two categories are too vague, I think a brilliant art style makes a game more memorable for me rather than one with good textures.
And for music If a game has lots of tracks that I have on my iTunes or have heard and like then it would be memorable. If the backing track is specificaly for the game and good then I will like and appreciate it but most probably wont specificaly remember it until I play it again.
