for me the two categories are too vague, I think a brilliant art style makes a game more memorable for me rather than one with good textures.
And for music If a game has lots of tracks that I have on my iTunes or have heard and like then it would be memorable. If the backing track is specificaly for the game and good then I will like and appreciate it but most probably wont specificaly remember it until I play it again.
