I only read the first twenty or so posts, but EPIC is right.

What evidence is there that anyone on the Wii would buy one of their games in anything like the quantity Xbox 360, PC and to a lesser extent PS3 owners would?

This is the closest example (and best selling example) i can think of that is anything like an Epic game.  It is a HIGHLY established series which quite frankly bombed next to expectations.

Well to be fair, Mad World, a violent game like their own, has been called to be banned by the UK's watchdog, as it "spoils the family friendly reputation of the wii"

The fact that I'm getting ready for law school is the only reason why I notice that stuff like that and why everything I post in an argument is cited (or can be).

I play the Nintendo fan, because I own a Wii right now... but I don't really care.

If you look deep enough into my ppost history you'll see me on all sides of the argument.  Just like a lawyer.

My favorite one is why the Xbox has better graphics than the Wii.  It basically boiled down to this.

What the hardware is capable of is irrelevant, if very little of the content shows those capabilities.

I wonder if the PS3 fanboys would have the same reaction if an Epic had said something like that about the PS3. Oh wait. Cliffy roasted MGS4 AND Resistance 2. You guys had a temper tantrum and said you hated the entire company.

That turned around fast when it was assumed the next game after Gears would hit the PS3 as well. I wonder if you would still love them tomorrow, if they announced it as a 360 exclusive.

I wonder if PC fans love them when Cliffy claims the PC lost its edge.

I wonder if MGS fans love them when they tell us MGS4 isn't the direction that they want their games to go in.

I wonder if Resistance 2 fans will love them when they tell them that Resistance 2 sucks compared to Gears 2.
