both are different type of games.

i feel resistance 2 will be longer and have better online modes. wher as gears is looking to have a shorter action packed single player



...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

To be fair R2 had a lot more room for improvement than Gears did. Both will be great games and I will be picking up both. The problem in these debate topics is that its all opinion and some ppl would rather die than praise the other game.

I think anyone whos been saying R2 60 man multiplayer > GOW2 10 man so therefore R2 > GOW2 should rethink their stupidity.

I agree 100%; BUT, the online supposedly won't devolve into chaos due to the six man squad system insomniac is using. So it's like having intimate battles within a massive battle. Plus you can play any other game size down to 1v1.

Options are always nice.

 Game A gets an 90% average on Gamerankings.  Game B gets an 80%.

 The sequel to Game A gets a 95%.  The sequel to Game B gets a 90%.

Which is better?
