For me its Blu-Ray. Just when I thought I've seen Pirates of the Carribean, I get it on Blu-Ray then WHOA.

The Wifi and backwards compatibility. The games are not technically a part of the PS3. So I kept it about Hardware.

It has an internet browser built in, seriously, I love that for when I want to check something quick and don't want to go to my study. 360 doesn't have one (for some reason) and you have to pay for the Wii's, at least the last time I checked.
