Are you talking about on a month to month basis, or overall? Month to month is possible, but over all the PS3 will still be millions of consoles behind the 360 in America.

but if sony pull of selling more consoles in NA this fall than 360 this fall, it would become a dogfight wouldnt it?

OK, I went over to my game shelf and, whoa!, check this out (you better sit down--your mind is about be blown!): there's nearly 40 Wii games and, of those, there are two that could be considered "mini-games of some sort."
Now, knowing this, here's where your mind is going to be blown clear across the room and right into the street: you live in a parallel dimension where these games don't exist! All that jibber-jabber about string theory and quantum wave functions has finally been empirically proven--and on an Internet message board of all places!
What's more, I think we've also found the root of the dis-connect between Sony/MS fanboys and reality: they all live in the same parallet dimension with you, Jack Tretton, and the PR people at Microsoft corp. Talk about epiphanies!
Someone better get the Nobel Prize people on the line: I think we have the biggest discovery in the history of manking unfolding before our very eyes!

They're mainly talking about PS3 vs. 360. When speaking on that, what you're saying is the nonsense. PS3 has consistently outsold Xbox360 in decent amounts since November of last year, in Japan PS3 is absolutely crushing Xbox360, with sales usually easily several times as fast as Xbox360, and in europe, PS3's cumulative hardware sales have already outsold Xbox360's cumulative hardware sales. The facts are on the site you're posting on. Go look it up next time before you start talking about what you don't know.

They are outselling the 360 by a few thousand if they do at all save for June. They have a gap of 5-6 million to cover. It is a dog fight when you can actually have a chance to pull ahead of your competitor. Currently, they are just keeping pace while selling a very respectable number of consoles. I am no trying to say the PS3 sales suck, but the install base in miles behind 360 in America right now.

literal literal literal. obviously i was saying or should i say i was meaning that most of the games on the shelvs do come in them catagorys i stated, ie mini games, child games, family games.
everyone to thier own i suppose.
